Seu fundamento filosófico se espraia pelo conceito de sofrimento, seu sentido e real necessidade, ao ponto de que, sofrimentos indesejáveis ou intoleráveis, e, sob a ótica da espiritualidade cristã sem sentido, posto que se encerra com a vida que há de vir, repleta de luz, deve ser estancada, e, neste patamar, de forma digna, em que houve o respeito a integridade dos ossos prevista em Isaías 700 anos antes.

Não se está fazendo apologia a eutanásia ou qualquer outra forma de abreviar a vida, a condição do Cristo era irremediável para aquele derradeiro instante, e, nossa legislação não contempla a possibilidade legal de abreviar a vida, a não ser em outras circunstâncias desimportantes para este fim.

O que importa, efetivamente, é que no ato de compaixão referido, o protagonista leva em consideração e respeito o sofrimento não só do vivente em agonia final, como a de seus familiares, que ante ao show de horrores protagonizada chega ao limiar da intolerância e ao sentido de ridículo até para quem o realiza.

Não mais suportando ver o sofrimento do vivente e da população quem planeja se manter no governo, dá o tiro final, com o objetivo puro e simples de demonstrar força, capacidade de ser superior aos anseios manifestos de população, mesmo que condenada por pretender sua liberdade.

Lula, porém, já está desgastado numa esfera muito maior de poder que não admite que pessoas que tenham contra si os crimes apontados possa exercer o poder como Ministro, são as pessoas de bem, em número bem maior que as pessoas secas e ensandecidas pelo poder, que infelizmente ditam os destinos da coisa públicas e dos demais viventes de bem que hoje padecem de estarem em regime de lenta agonia de periclitação da vida.

Desta maneira, o que se espera por óbvio, no cenário maior interno e externo será a recomendação de reserva, ante a falta de semancol da presidência de, neste particular momento de extremo sentir da população, nomear Lula Ministro.

Qual o líder internacional de respeito perante seus subordinados que fará reuniões com investigado criminalmente sob risco de ser deposto em seu País de origem, à exceção dos ditadores, nenhum.

Há consenso que líderes de respeito não se solidarizam com réus de processo criminal, quando o processo transcorre em regime de absoluta regularidade democrática, quanto aos presos, ou processados, quando há necessidade de indulto, o Governante não visita somente pratica o ato para fins de dar cumprimento à lei.

De posse destes argumentos, a Presidência estará, tal qual os Imperadores Romanos nomeando cavalos para o Senado, ao nomear Lula Ministro, além de dar o tiro no próprio pé, demonstrando que não respeita nem a população nem líderes sérios e respectivas populações de outros países, se isolando cada vez, incorrendo no cenário arquétipos dos líderes que se perderam pela mosca azul, e, sobretudo, banalizando e levando a derrocada final a instituição do tiro de misericórdia.
